We offer a 14-day return window for most unworn fine jewelry items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and resized rings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of stones; we highly recommend purchasing third-party jewelry insurance.
How do I determine my correct ring size?
