Once your request is approved, a pre-paid insured shipping label will be generated; please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Secure the Package
Place your jewelry in its original packaging and ensure the box is securely taped to prevent any damage or tampering during transit.
Final Inspection
After our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
